User Agreement for AI-Generated Report Summaries

By enabling and using the AI-Generated Report Summary feature in remiCrystal (the “Feature”), you (“User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of the Feature

The Feature allows Users to insert a special command into their email body templates that will automatically generate a summary of the selected report using artificial intelligence (“AI”). The summary is generated by sending the chosen report to OpenAI’s API for processing.

2. Data Handling and Transmission

By using this Feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The report you select for summarization will be uploaded to OpenAI’s servers for analysis and processing.

  • The transmission will be performed over secure, encrypted channels where possible.

  • OpenAI may temporarily store and process the content of your report for the purpose of generating the summary, subject to OpenAI’s own terms and privacy policies.

3. Accuracy and Limitations

You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated summaries are produced using statistical and language models and may contain errors, omissions, or “hallucinations” (incorrect or fabricated information).

  • We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated summary.

  • The summary should be reviewed by you before distribution, especially if it contains sensitive or critical information.

4. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Feature, including but not limited to any inaccuracies, errors, misinterpretations, or fabricated information generated by the AI.

  • You accept full responsibility for verifying the content of any AI-generated summary before sending it to your recipients.

5. Usage Limits

The Feature is subject to the following usage restrictions, which are liable to change without notice:

  • File size limit: 5 MB maximum per report.

  • Daily API usage cap: $2 per account per day in processing costs.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Feature if usage exceeds reasonable limits or violates these terms.

6. Consent

By using this Feature, you expressly consent to:

  • The uploading of your selected report to OpenAI’s servers for processing.

  • The generation of summaries by AI systems that may produce inaccurate or incomplete results.

  • Your agreement to review and verify the summaries before sending them to end users.
